SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRLIA

We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post (or courier partners where available).

Standard shipping: 3-7 business days (depending on your location).

Express shipping: 1-3 business days (available at checkout).

Tracking details will be emailed to you once your orders have been dispatched.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached

Items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method.

Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES

If you'd like a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order and returning original item for a refund.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at contact@lennoxave.com.au within 7 days of delivery, and we'll make it right at no extra cost to you.
